The material is thick yet very stretchy and the leggings are incredibly high-waisted and flattering to your body. The bra is the perfect length and I love how the cups are removable - I can't believe how many bras don't include removable cups. Overall, the set is incredibly comfortable and is truly unique. I love my set and would recommend Karai Yoga to everyone.
